I love this ice cream machine. It’s freezes very quickly. My other ice cream machine takes 30 minutes to freeze, but I have ice cream in 15 minutes or less with the cuisinart. I just wish the container was larger. Overall it’s worth the money.

I have been preparing homemade ice cream for years using a hand cranked ice cream maker. Add the ice cream base to the Cuisinart ICE-21 and walk away for 20 minutes or so, come back and you have great homemade ice cream! It is inexpensive, easy to use, clean and store. Very pleased.

This is just such a fun appliance!! I’ve made vanilla custard, strawberry ice cream, and a whole lot of different sorbets – raspberry, peach, and tangerine, etc. So easy to use. Don’t have to have an exact recipe – which I really like – to make it delicious. It’s fast and easy to use. It’s nice to use simple ingredients and not have added ingredients you don’t want. Well worth the price! With the high cost of store ice cream, I think it’s already paid for itself.

I am an ice cream lover and got this as an anniversary gift from my husband. I cannot say enough great things about this ice cream maker. We love being able to make homemade ice cream and it is easy for my daughter to help with. It is very easy to use, does not take long to make and works great. We have made a few different flavors that we got from the Cuisinart website and they have all been delicious – jelly donut, chocolate brownie and peanut butter cookie. The only slightly negative thing is that getting the ice cream off of the paddle is not the easiest and can be messy, but this does not impact the performance of the machine. I would definitely recommend this to others.

This machine is awesome and easy. My fav recipe is mango sorbet. I bag frozen from Trader Joe’s mango, 1/4 C sugar mix in Cuisinart food processor steel blade, add 1/2 lime juiced or to taste, 1/4 c vodka, 1/3 C coconut Cream and heat the chunks before adding. This amount fits perfectly in the bowl.

I love my cuisinart ice cream ice-21! It works great for making vegan ices and avoiding bad additives that are in store bought vegan ices. It works as the directions say. I found the bowl refreezes quickly if you wash it right away before it gets too warm.

I am amazed at how well this ice cream maker works! Within 15 minutes of pushing the “on” button, our ice cream is nicely frozen and ready to eat! The freezer container is easy to wash. Once dry, I put it back into our small chest freezer where it takes up little space, and then it’s ready for use the next time we want delicious ice cream. I love the fact that I can easily make ice cream and know first hand what ingredients are going into it!
