At BudgetBuyUS, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’ve got your back with a generous 60-day return and exchange policy — and for first-time customers, both returns and exchanges are completely free within that window.

Items must be unused and in original packaging
Must include the original order number or proof of purchase
Items must be returned within 60 days from the delivery date
For first-time customers, we cover return shipping costs

Get Instructions
We’ll reply within 1 business day with step-by-step return instructions. If you’re a first-time customer, we’ll also provide a free prepaid return label.

Pack & Ship
Securely pack your item(s) and ship to our warehouse using the provided label or your preferred method if not eligible for free returns.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected

If you’d prefer to exchange an item instead of returning it, we’re happy to help — especially for size, color, or item replacements.

Request an Exchange
Email us at customerservice@budgetbuyus.com with the following details:
 • Your order number
 • The item you want to exchange
 • Reason for exchange
 • The replacement item you’d like (e.g. different size or color)

We Confirm Availability
We’ll check stock and confirm your exchange. First-time customers will receive a free return shipping label.

Ship the Original Item
Send the item back using the provided label (if applicable). Once we receive and inspect the return, your replacement will be shipped out within 1–2 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos — we’ll resolve it quickly
